Meet Your Home Inspection Team

Hello!

We are Scott and Dalys. We are a husband and wife home inspection team serving Phoenix and the surrounding areas. We understand what a home means for a family and we take great pride in helping others through the process of finding their dream home.
Scott is a Licensed Home inspector. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and over 15 years of architectural and construction experience. He has an incredibly well-trained eye, a tremendous amount of knowledge, and he loves to answer questions and educate people about their new investment.

Dalys is the Administrator of our family run business. She pretty much does everything. She handles the daily business while Scott performs inspections. She is also a fantastic mother to our two kids, volunteers at the schools and contributes to our communities.

Together we make a great team! We have been living in the valley since 2005 and married since 2009. We proudly serve our community and we look forward to working with you.
